What does Flitch import from Sentry?
Issues from the last 90 days across every project the connection can see, including resolved ones, plus projects, teams, and members. Each becomes its own dataset.
Should I use OAuth or a personal token?
OAuth installs the Flitch integration in your Sentry organization, so the connection belongs to the organization rather than to one person, which suits a shared team connection. A personal token is quickest and reaches every organization you belong to.
Can I use an organization auth token?
No. Sentry limits organization tokens to CI tasks such as uploading source maps, so they cannot read issues. Use a personal token with read access, or the integration.
Can I chart error trends across projects?
Yes. Issues carry their project, level, status, first seen and last seen times, and event and user counts, so Flitch can chart volume by project and follow it over time.
Does Flitch resolve or change issues in Sentry?
No. The connection only reads. Flitch never resolves, assigns, or deletes issues. A scheduled refresh keeps dashboards current.
Does Flitch copy my Sentry data?
Only the objects you choose. Sentry is an API rather than a database Flitch can query in place, so those objects are pulled on your refresh schedule and stored as datasets. Nothing else is taken, and aggregation still happens in SQL against your data model, so a figure means the same thing on every dashboard built from it. Connect a database instead and Flitch queries it directly with no copy at all.
